The Master in Energy Engineering allows students to gain the competences needed to join the next generation of leaders in the energy sector and apply a range of interdisciplinary skills to professional activities. This master is a collaborative program offered by the University of Trento and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Guided by departmental experts, research and development projects are carried out also in partnership with industry leaders.

This Master’s program prepares professionals to spearhead the energy transition and achieve carbon neutrality. Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, it focuses on enhancing energy efficiency in end-use applications and advancing renewable energy harvesting and storage. Graduates will be well-equipped to steer progress in these strategic areas of society.
Students will adopt both theoretical and hands-on approaches to study technology developments and system integration, gaining a strategic perspective on energy challenges.
